Ala. Admin. Code r. 540-X-7-.10 - Grounds For Denial Of License - Physician Assistant (P. A.)

Current through Register Vol. 40, No. 6, March 31, 2022

The commission by a physician assistant of any act, offense or condition set forth in Rule 540-X-7-.12 shall be grounds, within the discretion of the board, to deny an application for a license to practice as a physician assistant.
