Ala. Admin. Code r. 540-X-7-.32 - Grounds For Termination Of Registration -Involuntary - Physician Assistant (P.A.)

Current through Register Vol. 40, No. 6, March 31, 2022

The commission by a physician assistant or physician of any act, offense or condition set forth in Rule 540-X-7-.12 or Rule 540-X-7-.18 shall be grounds, within the discretion of the Board, to terminate the registration of a physician assistant to perform medical services under the supervision of a physician.
