Ala. Admin. Code r. 540-X-7-.33 - Termination Of Registration - Involuntary - Physician Assistant (P.A.) - Hearings

Current through Register Vol. 40, No. 6, March 31, 2022

Before terminating the registration of a physician assistant on any of the grounds specified in Rule 540-X-7-.32, the Board shall conduct a hearing under the provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, §§ 34-22-1, et. Seq., Code of Ala. 1975, and Chapter 6 of the Rules of the Board.
