Ala. Admin. Code r. 540-X-7-.40 - Grounds For Denial Of License - Anesthesiologist Assistant (A.A.)

The commission by an anesthesiologist assistant of any act, offense or condition set forth in Rule 540-X-7-.41 shall be grounds, within the discretion of the board, to deny an application for a license to practice as an anesthesiologist assistant.
