Ala. Admin. Code r. 540-X-7-.44 - Discipline Of License - Anesthesiologist Assistant (A.A.) - Hearings

Before revoking, suspending, placing on probation, assessing administrative fines against, or otherwise disciplining the license of an anesthesiologist assistant on any of the grounds specified in Rule 540-X-7-.42, the Board shall conduct a hearing pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, §§ 41-22-1, et seq., Code of Ala. 1975, and Chapter 6 of the Rules of the Board.
