Ala. Admin. Code r. 670-X-10-.02 - Prohibition Of Transfer During Probationary Period

Current through Register Vol. 40, No. 6, March 31, 2022

No employee is allowed a transfer during the probationary period unless the Director determines that such employee would have been eligible for appointment at the time of his initial appointment to the new agency.
