Ala. Admin. Code r. 740-X-3-.12 - License Is Not A License To Do Business

The polygraph examiner's license is issued by the Board as a determination of the professional qualifications of the licensee. It is not a license to do business, and it does not relieve the examiner of the obligation to comply with state and local business license requirements.
