Ala. Admin. Code r. 740-X-3-.15 - Notification Of Cancellation Or Discontinuance Of Surety Bond
It is the duty of an examiner to immediately notify the Board if his surety bond, which is required by § 34-25-21(b) of the act, has been or is to be cancelled or discontinued or changed in any way.
