Ala. Admin. Code r. 770-X-4-.07 - Sessions
(1) The offices of
the Commission, 100 North Union Street, Montgomery, Alabama, 36104, will be
open for the transaction of business each weekday, except holidays and
Saturdays and Sundays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
(2) Hearings before the Commission will be
held in the Main Hearing Room, 9th Floor, Room 900
at 100 North Union Street, Montgomery, Alabama, 36104.
(3) Special hearings of the Commission will
be held at other places and times at the discretion of the Commission. Hearings
before individual Commissioners or Administrative Law Judges will be held as
the Commission may direct.
(4) The
Commission shall, in writing, set a time certain for all hearings, giving
proper notice thereof to all known parties.
(5) All hearings before the Commission or a
member thereof, or an Administrative Law Judge shall be open to the
public.
(6) Contemptuous conduct by
any person appearing at a hearing is ground for his exclusion from the hearing
by the Commission or the presiding Commissioner or Administrative Law
Judge.
