Ala. Admin. Code r. 770-X-8-.06 - Purity Of Water Supply

(1) All water furnished by any utility for human consumption, or for domestic uses, shall be pure, wholesome, potable, not dangerous to health and, insofar as practicable, free from objectionable odor and tests. All water furnished by any utility for human consumption or household purposes shall comply with all requirements of the Alabama State Board of Health.
