Ala. Admin. Code r. 770-X-9-.12 - Failure To Comply With Rules (Rule WW-12)

(1) Upon failure of a ME to comply with any law, regulation, order, or certificate, the Commission may issue a Show Cause Order requiring the ME to appear at a hearing before the Commission and show cause why the Commission should not revoke its Certificate.

(2) Depending on the severity of the noncompliance, the Commission may:

1) revoke the Certificate,

2) allow the ME to retain its Certificate and pay a fine of up to $100 per violation per day, or

3) allow the ME to retain its certificate and pay no fine.
