(1) The Board shall
grant a temporary permit to practice as a state licensed real property
appraiser, with permission to appraise properties allowed by his resident
state, to persons who are licensed or certified to perform appraisals in
another state. A person desiring a temporary permit will file the application
for registration prescribed by the Board and pay the fee to be determined by
the Board. This application for registration will state the reason for
requesting such permit and the specific work to which it applies.
If the executive director of the Board
finds the application and request to be in order, the temporary permit and
number will be issued through the office of the Board.
