Ala. Admin. Code r. 800-5-7-.02 - Method Of Distribution
A participant eligible for and requesting distribution may elect to receive his distribution by a lump sum payment or by monthly payments in accordance with federal revenue law and regulations governing such disbursements or, in the absence of such federal law or regulations, in accordance with federal revenue law or regulations governing IRA's, or as otherwise approved by the secretary-treasurer.
