Ala. Admin. Code r. 810-5-1-.438 - International Registration Plan

(1) Pursuant to the authority granted the Commissioner of Revenue under 32-6-5 6, Code of Ala. 1975, the Commissioner hereby adopts by this reference, the provisions of the International Registration Plan (IRP) in its entirety, with all modifications and revisions previously and henceforth to be adopted. A complete and current copy is available from the International Registration Plan, Inc. website at www.irponline.org.
