Ala. Admin. Code r. 870-X-4-.01 - Expiration
(1) Licenses expire on
December 31st following their issuance or renewal, and are invalid thereafter unless
renewed. The Board shall mail a notice to every person licensed under this Act giving the
expiration date and renewal fee. The notice shall be mailed before December 1 to the
licensee's last known address.
(2) A person
who fails to renew the license within a period of two years after the date of its
expiration may not renew it. It may not be restored or reissued. The license is revoked
and may not be renewed or validated. Such person may apply for and obtain a new license
if the requirements of this Act are met.
