Ala. Admin. Code r. 870-X-4-.02 - Renewal

(1) Licenses must be renewed annually and the license renewal fee of $100.00 must be paid to the Board on or before January 1 following their issuance or renewal. The license renewal application must include indication that the licensee has met continuing education requirements as specified in 870-X-4-.08.

(2) Checks drawn on insufficient funds or otherwise invalid must be replaced by certified bonds or a cashier's check. A service charge of $30.00 will be levied upon licensee in reference to § 13A-9-13.2, Code of Ala. 1975.

(3) The licensee is responsible for license renewal. It is also the responsibility of licensees to keep the Board informed of their current mailing addresses.
