Ala. Admin. Code r. 880-X-2A-.10 - Availability Of Records
(1) Records required by the Act to be made available locally to the public shall be retained at the geographically closest office of the State Regulatory Authority having jurisdiction over the area involved.
(2) Other records or documents in the possession of the State Regulatory Authority may be requested at the headquarters of the State Regulatory Authority .
