Ala. Admin. Code r. 880-X-5A-.36 - Procedure
The Division of Hearings and Appeals shall be subject to the Alabama Rules of Civil Procedure except as said Rules shall be in conflict with these Rules and Regulations as contained in Section 880-X-5A, et seq., (Section 10, et seq.).
