17 AAC 35.040 - Permit revocation
(a) An industrial use highway permit will, in
the department's discretion, be revoked if
(1)
for a multiple-movement permit, the permit fees due are not paid within 60 days
after issuance of the permit;
(2)
the vehicular operations are not as specified in the application or
permit;
(3) the vehicular
operations, while consistent with the terms of the permit, cause excessive
damage to the roadway or represent an unacceptable risk to other users of the
highway; or
(4) continued use of
the route as an industrial use highway is not in the state's best
interests.
(b) A
revocation of an industrial use highway permit made under this section will be
in writing.
(c) An aggrieved permit
may appeal the revocation of the permit under the provisions of
17 AAC 35.090.
