3 AAC 14.160 - Application and registration fees

(a) When a depository institution applies for registration under AS 06.60.014, the depository institution shall pay to the department through the registry

(1) an application fee of $500 in partial payment of investigative expenses incurred by the department; and

(2) an annual registration fee of $1,000 for the period that expires on December 31 after the date the registration is issued.

(b) Fees under this section are nonrefundable.

(c) Nothing in this section relieves an applicant from the obligation to pay processing or other fees that the registry sets for services that the registry provides.
