3 AAC 29.530 - Standards for informational form filings
The informational form filing must
(1) include the proposed effective date of
the filing;
(2) include a statement
indicating whether the same forms have been filed for approval to be used with
policyholders who do not qualify as exempt commercial policyholders under
3
AAC 29.545;
(3) include a statement that the filing is
for policyholders who qualify as exempt commercial policy holders under
3
AAC 29.545;
(4) meet the filing requirements of
3
AAC 31.205 -
3
AAC 31.217,
3
AAC 31.225, and
3
AAC 31.250; and
(5) comply with all form standards, trade
practice requirements, and other applicable requirements of AS 21.
