3 AAC 305.420 - Donations to permittees
The holder of a general wholesale license may donate alcoholic beverages and the holder of a limited wholesale brewed beverage and wine license may donate brewed beverages or wine to holders of nonprofit organization events permits issued under AS 04.09.650 for the purposes of the event, or to holders of nonprofit organization alcoholic beverage auction permits issued under AS 04.09.660 for the purposes of the auction.
