3 AAC 31.299 - Definition

In 3 AAC 31.200 - 3 AAC 31.299,

(1) "replaced" or "revised," with respect to a form, rule, or rate page,

(A) means a form, rule, or rate page with the same basic content or effect as a currently authorized or approved form, rule, or rate page and that will be used in place of the currently authorized or approved form, rule, or rate page regardless of whether the name or other identifying information associated with the form, rule, or rate is changing;

(B) does not include a form, rule, or rate page

(i) with changes limited to the insurer's logo, letterhead information, pagination, or formatting that does not affect the text of the currently authorized or approved form, rule, or rate page, and that is not subject to special formatting requirements; or

(ii) defined under 3 AAC 31.221(d)(2) or (3);

(2) "rate filing" includes a loss cost filing.
