18 AAC 50.499 - Definitions for user fee requirements
In 18 AAC 50.400 - 18 AAC 50.499, unless the context requires otherwise,
(1) "designated regulatory
service" has the meaning given in
AS
37.10.058;
(2) "direct cost" has the meaning given in
AS
37.10.058;
(3) "hourly rate of salary and benefits" has
the meaning given in
AS
37.10.058.
(4) "state fiscal year " means a year beginning
on July 1 of one calendar year and ending on June 30 of the following calendar
year.
