18 AAC 62.210 - Requirements for a generator of hazardous waste

(a) Regulations of the federal government applicable to a generator of hazardous waste, including standards for universal waste management, promulgated and published as 40 C.F.R. 262.10 - 262.44, 40 C.F.R. 262.70, and 40 C.F.R. Part 273, as revised as of July 1, 2002, are adopted by reference.
(b) Repealed 8/8/2003.
