18 AAC 71.010 - Uniform procedures
(a) This chapter provides procedures for
submission, review, and approval of applications for grants to study and test
innovative methods or practices of waste disposal , pollution control , gold
recovery, and water use reduction in placer mining, in accordance with
AS
46.16.010 -
AS
46.16.100.
(b) For persons who submitted grant
applications before November 20, 1984, the following provisions apply:
(1) applicants may review, revise, and update
their applications by February 15, 1985;
(2) the committee will review and make
recommendations on these applications before acting on any other applications;
and
(3) applications submitted before
November 20, 1984, that are not selected for grant award in the first review will
be reviewed and again considered with those applications submitted between
November 20, 1984 and February 15, 1985.
