The 11/3/84 repeal of numerous sections in Article 4 of 22 AAC 05, and corresponding adoption of numerous new sections is the result of a complete reorganization of regulations pertaining to prisoner classification. As explained by editor's notes following the appropriate sections, three of the new sections are substantially similar to the repealed sections, and although they have been relocated under new section numbers, they carry forward the history notes of the repealed sections.
