Notes
The regulations in 6 AAC 50 were deleted by the regulations attorney as of Register 170, July 2004. The deleted regulations had been adopted by the Coastal Policy Council, which ceased to exist when ch. 24, SLA 2003 took effect on May 22, 2003. The duties and functions of the Coastal Policy Council were transferred by Executive Order 106, which took effect April 15, 2003, from the Office of Management and Budget in the Office of the Governor to the Department of Natural Resources. That department adopted regulations on this subject, effective July 1, 2004, at 11 AAC 110, making the 6 AAC 50 regulations obsolete.
State regulations are updated quarterly; we currently have two versions available. Below is a comparison between our most recent version and the prior quarterly release. More comparison features will be added as we have more versions to compare.
