Notes

Repealed 11/6/94

With Register 132, January 1995, regulations regarding access to public records appeared at former 6 AAC 96. As of Register 176 (January 2006), and acting under AS 44.62.125(b)(6), the regulations attorney relocated former 6 AAC 96 to 2 AAC 96, to reflect Executive Order 113 (2005). Executive Order 113 eliminated the Telecommunications Information Council and transferred its functions to the governor and to the Department of Administration.

Publisher's note: Former Chapter 95 (6 AAC 95.010 - 95.900) was effective 10/8/82, Register 84, and was repealed as of Register 132.
