ARKANSAS GAME AND FISH COMMISSION LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

ORDER AMENDED - 009-71

It shall be unlawful to operate a vessel of any type in the Arkansas and White River Navigational Canal between the dam and the lower guardwall of Dam #1 (Norrell Dam) a distance of approximately 900 feet, or upstream between the Dam (Norrell Dam) and the end of the upstream guardwall a distance of approximately 250 feet EXCEPT when the tail water elevation exceeds 154 feet m.s.l. and warning signs erected by the Corps of Engineers are covered. PENALTY: Not to exceed $50.00

ORDER

It shall be unlawful to fish for commercial purposes with any commercial tackle, Lake Poinsett in Poinsett County, EXCEPT from December 1, 1972 through March 31, 1973, both dates inclusive and with 3%"(or larger) bar mesh trammel and gill nets only. PENALTY: $50.00 to $250.00

ORDER AMENDED - 006-72

Section 2 of the General Regulations pertaining to Ft. Chaffee Wildlife Management Area shall read as follows:

It shall be unlawful for anyone.except raccoon hunters with a permit.to possess firearms or other killing devices on the Ft. Chaffee Wildlife Management Area during open season EXCEPT from 6:00 a.m. to one (1) hours after sunset. PENALTY: $25,00 - $250.00

Section 7 of the General Regulations pertaining to Ft. Chaffee Wildlife Management Area shall read as follows:

It shall be unlawful to enter or be within the area between the hours of one (1) hour after sunset and 6:00 a.m. without a permit. PENALTY: $25.00 - $250.00
