Boundaries-Start at Pine Bluff. ZONE 20 -ARKANSAS LANDS WITHIN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER LEVEES

All Arkansas Lands lying between the Arkansas-Tennessee State Line and the Arkansas-Mississippi State Line and a Line described as follows:

From a point on the Arkansas-Tennessee State Line due west of the east end of Arkansas Highway 118 to the end of Arkansas Highway 118 ; then following Arkansas Highway 118 to Its junction with the Mississippi River Levee; south on Mississippi River Levee from Junction Arkansas 118 to Junction Horseshoe Lake Bayou; then including lands surrounded by Horseshoe Lake Bayou, Horseshoe Lake, and Porter Lakejthen south on Mississippi River Levee to its end near the St. Francis River; then on a line due west from this point across the St. Francis River to the St. Francis Forest Boundary, south along ths St. Francis Forest Boundary to Its junction with Hoily street at the southeastern corner of the StJ Francis Forest, south on Holly Street to the Mississippi River Levee, south on Mississippi River Levee to Its Junction with the Missouri-Pacific Railroad Track south of Snow Lake; south along railroad tracks to Its Junction with the White River; south on the Arkansas-Desha County line following the White River; through the Cut-Off, then south on the Arkansas River, then west on the Narrows to the east section line of Section 15, Township 9 South, Range 1 West, South along said section line to Its Junction with the Mississippi River Levee, south on the Mississippi River Levee to Itsjunctlon with the Louisiana State Line.

Zone 211.

That part of Baxter County hounded on the smith by Hwy. 17H. on the west and north by Bull Shoals Lake, anil on the east by the Central Elwtric Power Corp. Section 06.00 Deer

06.01 DEER PERMIT REQUIREMENTS. It shall be unlawful 7-80 to take, attempt to take, or possess a deer where a special permit and/or special tag is required by the Commission without having said permit and/or tag on the person. PENALTY: $100.00 to $300.00.

06.02 DEER BAG LIMIT RESTRICTION. It shall be unlawful 7-80 to take or attempt to take more deer than the individual bag limit set by the Commission for a single season or for all combined annual seasons.

PENALTY: $200.00 to $500.00, and hunting privileges may be suspended for a period of up to one year.

06.03 GUNS, AMMUNITION PROHIBITED DURING

REGULAR GUN DEER SEASONS. It shall be unlawful to take or attempt to take deer during the regular gun deer seasons with:

(A) Any muzzle-loading firearms not in compliance with Commission Code 07.02 (Legal Muzzle-Loaders);

(B) 410 gauge shotguns using ammunition other than slugs;

(C) Any shotgun using shot smaller than No. 4 buckshot;

(D) Pistols having barrels less than four inches in length;

(E) Rifles or pistols using rimfire cartridges, military, or full-metal jacketed ammunition.

PENALTY: $25.00 to $250.00.

06.04 LEGAL BUCK DEER REQUIREMENTS. It shall be unlawful to take, attempt to take, or possess a buck deer with antlers less than four inches in length unless forked. EXCEPTIONS:

(1) In a zone or area declared open by the Commission to the taking of either-sex deer;

(2) If said deer in possession was legally taken and checked in a zone or area declared open by the
