Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 10, § 3013 - License Renewal Procedure

In making application for renewal of a real estate license, the applicant shall provide such information as the Bureau may require concerning continuing education offerings that the applicant has completed within the four years immediately preceding expiration of the license or in the case of an application made pursuant to Section 10201 of the Code within the four years immediately preceding the date that the application is submitted to the Bureau. If requested by the Bureau, the applicant shall submit certificates of attendance or certified copies thereof from sponsors of approved offerings to substantiate information provided by the applicant.
