Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 11, § 828.1 - Eligibility for Access to Data from CURES

(a) A public or private entity is eligible to obtain data from CURES, subject to the limitations specified in section 828.2.

(b) A Bona Fide Researcher is eligible to obtain data from CURES.
