Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 11, § 830.1 - Eligibility for Integration with the Information Exchange Web Service

An entity operating a HIT System must be a Covered Entity or Business Associate with respect to any data from CURES the HIT System may receive through the Information Exchange Web Service.
