Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 11, § 999.29 - Cigarette Brand Styles Authentication Information for New Brand Styles and as Directed by the Attorney General
(a) As a condition for listing on the
California Tobacco Directory, a Tobacco Product Manufacturer shall complete and
submit a JUS-TOB8. Tobacco Product Manufacturers shall also complete and submit
a supplemental JUS-TOB8 when any of the information in a previously submitted
JUS-TOB8 is no longer accurate or complete. The supplemental JUS-TOB8 must be
submitted no later than thirty (30) days after the information became
inaccurate or incomplete. The failure to complete and submit the form as
directed by the Attorney General shall constitute a refusal to produce a
document or other evidence, without good cause, under Revenue and Taxation Code
section
30165.1(q)(2).
(b) A Tobacco Product Manufacturer submitting
a JUS-TOB8 pursuant to this rule shall also file a supplemental certification
pursuant to section
999.17.
