Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 13, § 125.06 - Compliance with Changes in Certification Requirements
(a) A manufacturer of an ignition interlock
device certified by the department shall comply with any regulatory changes
within 60 days from adoption for the device to remain certified.
(b) If there are any changes to the list of
authorized installers, a manufacturer shall submit an updated list to the
department within 10 days of the change.
(c) If there are any changes to an adopted
fee schedule, a manufacturer shall submit the updated fee schedule to the
department within 30 days of the changes.
(d) If there are any changes to the
manufacturer 's stamp, a manufacturer shall provide an imprint of the new stamp
to the department 30 days prior to its use.
(e) If there are any changes to the toll-free
telephone number, a manufacturer shall provide the new toll-free telephone
number to the department 90 days prior to its use.
(f) If there are any changes to any
information provided on the Application for Certification of Ignition Interlock
Device form (DL 9) (REV. 4/2000), a manufacturer shall submit an updated
application within 30 days of the changes.
