Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 13, § 220.20 - Seasonal Operations

(a) A seasonal permit shall be issued for a period of no less than six (6) months and no more than eleven (11) months within an assigned twelve (12)-month permit term.

(1) The months may or may not be contiguous.
