Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 13, § 226.16 - Electronic Fund Transfer
(a) An Interstate Carrier Program partner shall comply with all
terms and conditions of the Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization Form California Department of Motor Vehicles (CADMV) and Interstate Carrier
Program (ICP) form, REG 214 I (NEW 11/2017), that provides for payments to the department of the fees collected by the Interstate Carrier Program
partner and due to the department.
(b) When the department is notified by the financial institution,
designated on the Electronic Fund Transfer Authorization Form California Department of Motor Vehicles (CADMV) and Interstate Carrier Program (ICP)
form, REG 214 I (NEW 11/2017), of insufficient funds or closed account status, the department shall suspend interface access until payment of all
monies due.
(c) The Interstate Carrier Program partner shall notify the department's Interstate Carrier
Program Administrator of a change in the bank account from which funds are drawn from, by submitting a completed Electronic Fund Transfer
Authorization Form California Department of Motor Vehicles (CADMV) and Interstate Carrier Program (ICP) form, REG 214 I (NEW 11/2017), no less than
60 calendar days prior to the effective date of the change.
