Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 11208 - Notice of Certification of Local Protection Program

The Executive Director shall make every reasonable effort to assure that all interested persons receive notice of the certified local protection program, component, or amendment. The Executive Director shall also file a notice of the adoption of the local protection program, component, or amendment with the Secretary of the Resources Agency for posting and inspection as provided in Public Resources Code Section 21080.5(d)(2)(E).
