Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 12101 - Incorporation of State CEQA Guidelines

(a) In accordance with Section of Title 1415022 of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, the State CEQA Guidelines commencing with Section of Title 1415000 of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in this article. All objectives, criteria, and specific procedures set forth in CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines including the orderly evaluation of projects and the preparation of environmental documents are hereby adopted.

(b) The words used in this article have the same meaning given them in the State CEQA Guidelines, unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
