Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 12102.13 - Class 13, Acquisition of Lands for Wildlife Conservation Purposes

In accordance with Section of Title 1415313 of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Class 13 consists of the acquisition of lands for fish and wildlife conservation purposes including preservation of fish and wildlife habitat, and preserving access to public lands and waters where the purpose of the acquisition is to preserve the land in its natural condition.
