Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 12102.17 - Class 17, Open Space Contracts or Easements

In accordance with Section of Title 1415317 of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Class 17 consists of the acceptance of easements or fee interests in order to maintain the open space character of the area.
