Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 12102.2 - Class 2, Replacement or Reconstruction

In accordance with Section of Title 1415302 of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Class 2 consists of replacement or reconstruction of existing wildlife habitat, erosion control facilities, public access and recreational facilities, where the replacement or reconstruction will be on the same site with substantially the same purpose involving negligible or no expansion of capacity.
