Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 12102.25 - Class 25, Transfer of Ownership of Interest in Land to Preserve Open Space

In accordance with Section of Title 1415325 of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Class 25 consists of the transfer of ownership of interests in land in order to preserve open space. Examples include but are not limited to:

(a) Acquisition of areas to preserve open space;

(b) Acquisition to allow restoration and enhancement of natural conditions;

(c) Acquisition to prevent encroachment of development into stream environment zones.
