Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 12102.5 - Class 5, Minor Alterations in Land Use Limitations

In accordance with Section of Title 1415305 of Title 14 of the California Administrative Code, Class 5 consists of minor alterations in land use limitations in areas with an average slope of less than 20 percent, which do not result in any changes in land use or density, including but not limited to:

(a) Minor lot line adjustments not resulting in the creation of any new parcel;

(b) Reversion to acreage in accordance with the Subdivision Map Act.
