Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 14, § 13016 - Who Shall Receive Notice
Meeting notices shall be transmitted to commission members, to all parties to proceedings on the agenda, to others known to be interested in specific agenda items, and to any person who requests such notice in writing. The commission may require each person requesting mailed notice to supply self-addressed stamped envelopes for the purpose of providing such notice. The Executive Director shall post the agenda to the commission website.
