Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 3054.8 - Withdrawing or Requesting Religious Personal Ethical Diet Program Changes
(a) An
incarcerated person may request to withdraw from the Religious Personal Ethical
Diet (RPED) Program by signing the CDCR Form 3030-D (Rev. 07/24), Religious
Personal Ethical Diet Cancellation Request, which is incorporated by reference.
The incarcerated person shall submit the completed CDCR Form 3030-D to any
Chaplain, Community Resource Manager, or Religious Review Committee
designee.
(b) An incarcerated
person currently participating in an RPED may request to change to a different
RPED program by submitting the applicable CDCR Forms 3030-V or 3030-R. The
request shall be subject to the same application process as a new RPED diet
request. No more than one RPED diet change within six months shall be
permitted.
