Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 3285 - Association with Incarcerated Persons

Persons who are not department employees, but who work with or near incarcerated persons are to be informed of the laws and regulations governing association with prison incarcerated persons. Such persons will be given, and be asked to read and acknowledge receipt of, Primary Laws, Rules, and Regulations Regarding Conduct and Association with State Prison Inmates, CDCR Form 181.
