Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 15, § 3289 - Trespass
(a)
All areas of institutions including buildings and grounds are closed to the
general public, including employees of the department during their off duty
hours, at all times except for the purpose of conducting lawful business and
engaging in activities authorized in advance by the warden, superintendent or
official in charge. Entry on institution property for unauthorized purposes
will be considered trespass as provided in Section
602
(j) of the Penal Code.
(b) Without regard for the reasons an
individual or group may have entered institution property, refusal or failure
to leave the property when requested to do so by the warden, superintendent,
official in charge or by an official authorized to act for the warden,
superintendent or official in charge, will be considered trespass as provided
in Section
602
(p) of the Penal Code.
