Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 16, § 15.2 - Renewal of a License in a Retired Status
(a) A licensee shall renew a license in a
retired status during the same time period in which a license in an active
status is renewed as described in Section
5070.5
of the Business and Professions Code.
(b) At the time of renewal, the holder of a
license in a retired status is exempt from paying the renewal fee described in
Section 70(e).
(c) At the time of renewal, the holder of a
license in a retired status is exempt from the Board's continuing education
requirements described in Section
87.
